Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and technical Presales/Solution Architect to join our growing team. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, designing service solutions across various domains, and supporting the sales process. This role combines technical expertise, strategic thinking, and customer engagement to develop and present service solutions that align with business goals. Responsibilities Collaborate with sales team to understand client needs and pain points, create tailored service strategies and solutions Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and demonstrations of service offerings. Assess client requirements and define the scope of service solutions, architect end-to-end frameworks leveraging relevant tools, platforms, and methodologies across domains such as application development, IT service management, and infrastructure modernization. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging tools, and methodologies in areas such as DevOps, cloud computing, ServiceNow integrations, and advanced QA strategies, and guide clients on adopting cutting-edge technologies. Leverage expertise in non-functional service areas, including performance, scalability, reliability, and security, to craft comprehensive solutions that meet client needs. Serve as a trusted advisor for clients on service-related concerns and strategies. Participate in client discussions to showcase technical & business benefits of proposed solutions. Work closely with internal teams, including development, QA, IT operations, and project management, to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and align with organizational capabilities. Support RFP/RFI responses with detailed technical input and innovative approaches across multiple service domains. Estimate efforts with minimum deviations to ensure smoothness in delivery processes Skills Required 8+ years of relevant experience into Presales, Solution Engineering, Customer handling, responding to RFP/RFI, RFQ, EOI, etc. Customer handling Skills (presentations, demos, meetings, etc) Strong understanding of full-stack development principles & best practices Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) In-depth knowledge of DevOps methodologies & tools (CI/CD, IaC, containerization). Excellent communication & presentation skills, with ability to tailor technical content for various audiences. Expertise in Office Suite of Products - Word, Powerpoint, Excel Experience with AI/ML-driven service delivery approaches is a plus Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Team player with a collaborative work ethics Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
