Job Description

As a Senior Software Quality Engineer at Red Hat Information Technology, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Salesforce implementations, customizations, and integrations. Your primary role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop test strategies, perform various types of testing on Salesforce solutions, design automated test frameworks, provide feedback to the development team, create detailed test plans, mentor junior QA team members, and test integrations between Salesforce and other systems. You will work closely with developers, business systems analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements, design test strategies, and automate test cases to enhance product quality and delivery speed. Your expertise in Salesforce platform, knowledge of Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud, and experience with QA methodologies and automated testing frameworks like Selenium and Polarian will be key to your success in this role. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting performance and load testing for Salesforce solutions, mentoring junior team members, ensuring proper documentation of defects and resolutions, testing APIs and integrations, and tracking defects using tools like JIRA. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, familiarity with Agile development and Scrum methodologies, and proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Git, and Bitbucket will be valuable assets in this position.
