Roles and Responsibilities Implementing the design and architecture of complex web applications using Angular framework, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural principles. Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs. Define and implement scalable and maintainable front-end architecture, including component-based architecture, state management, and data flow patterns. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, promoting code quality, performance optimization, and maintainability. Conduct code reviews and architectural reviews to ensure compliance with established standards and design guidelines. Evaluate and recommend tools, libraries, and frameworks to enhance productivity and efficiency in Angular development. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to front-end development, and incorporate them into our architectural roadmap. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline development processes, increase development velocity, and elevate overall product quality. Expert-level proficiency in Angular framework and its ecosystem (Angular CLI, RxJS, Angular Material and related technologies). Expert-level proficiency in designing and implementing microservices-based applications, with a strong understanding of micro services design principles, patterns, and best practices. Architect level Cloud Certification is recommended. Deep knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and RESTful APIs. Experience with state management libraries (e.g., NgRx, Redux) and reactive programming concepts. Required Qualifications : Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in Application Lifecycle Management, with at least 4+ years specializing in Siemens Polarion ALM. Strong expertise in configuring Polarion solutions, including workflows, templates, and integrations. Proficiency in scripting and API usage for Polarion customization (e.g., JavaScript, REST API). Experience with integration tools and platforms (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Jira, and other CI/CD tools). Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other software development methodologies. Some of the responsibilities are: Requirement management: Understand PDP process and its integration with Polarion, help understand inter customer pain points, find gaps, and create requirements and get it developed. Support Fusion deployment: Supporting the deployment of Fusion across other divisions within the organization. Ensure the global solution remains intact for proposed enhancements by collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring alignment with the overall objectives. Training and content creation: Provide support through virtual office hours, miscellaneous trainings, and content creation related to Fusion deployment. Develop a sustainment plan to create new content post-initial deployment. Gap identification and communication: Stay familiar with identified gaps during pre-analysis phases, specifically for WAVE releases. Establish clear communication channels with Fusion Process Leads and stakeholders to address gaps between current systems and Fusion requirements. Act as a proxy for identified gaps through Jira tickets to the Global Fusion organization. Continuous improvement: Define a plan for continuous improvement based on feedback from pilot users. Adjust training materials and processes accordingly to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.

Senior Engineer Verification Your Role Knowledge of complex, time critical projects. Someone who appreciates the value of efficient processes. Understanding of embedded software development using C or C++ programming languages. Having an Engineering degree and coding/programming experience with embedded software will give you the right technical mindset and the ability to help your team. While application level embedded software is good, lower-level embedded software (board support packages, bootloaders, device drivers) is better. Past exposure and experience to safety certification standards including DO-178C/ IEC61508/ IEC50128/ ISO26262 being highly essential. Attention to detail and a focus on quality are required. A good working knowledge of various Software Engineering processes and tools will also help you be successful. And when you dont know the answer, the ability to find the answer, learn quickly and adapt to a changing environment will come in handy. Your Background Certification, validation, and verification for new and modified existing embedded software products in compliant to DO-178C/ CENELEC 50128 /ISO 26262 standards. Essential: BE/BTech or ME/MTech degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent. 6 - 10 years of software verification & validation experience. Good understanding of full lifecycle software engineering concepts from requirements to integration tests. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to develop test cases based on high level requirements, low level requirements and test strategies possessing knowledge of input test variations. Excellent debugging skills Ability to guide and help other engineers. LDRA/RTRT, Polarion, DOORS, Git, Jira, Intel/Arm/PPC boards. Experience in scripting language e.g. Python.
