Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Business Analyst with 7+ years of experience, your role will involve: - Engaging with business stakeholders to understand and document business objectives, requirements, processes, and challenges. - Translating business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Analyzing and modeling current-state and future-state processes using tools such as BPMN and flowcharts. - Working closely with product managers, solution architects, developers, and QA teams throughout project lifecycles. - Supporting solution design to ensure alignment with business requirements and organizational goals. - Assisting in UAT planning, execution, and issue tracking with stakeholders and testers. - Conducting impact analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments as part of change management initiatives. - Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely delivery of key business milestones. - Acting as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure mutual understanding. - Continuously identifying improvement opportunities and contributing to process optimization and innovation. Qualifications required for this role include: - 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, consulting, or business transformation environments. - Strong experience with requirements gathering, business process modeling, and stakeholder management. - Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Excel, PowerPoint, and optionally Balsamiq, Figma, or other wireframing tools. - Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies. - Experience in preparing BRDs, FRDs, and user stories. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.,
