Senior Software Engineer

Your Impact

Lead & Deliver
: Own small-to-mid-sized projects from design to deployment, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
Improve & Optimise
: Enhance system architecture, implement best practices, and contribute to a resilient, maintainable codebase.
Mentor & Guide
: Support junior engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate & Communicate
: Work with cross-functional teams, contribute to technical discussions, and document key decisions.
Stay Ahead
: Keep up with industry trends to improve infrastructure, tools, and processes.

What you'll need to be successful

Technical Skills

TypeScript
(must-have) and
Python
React
, Remix (nice to have)
Experience with
cloud platforms
(AWS, GCP, or Azure) and
Kubernetes
Strong debugging and root cause analysis skills
Proven ability to build scalable, secure, and resilient systems

Leadership & Communication
