About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled .NET & AWS professional to join our Offshore Development Center (ODC) in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building and deploying enterprise-grade applications on the Microsoft .NET stack along with AWS cloud services. This role requires hands-on development, solutioning, and collaboration with global stakeholders in a high-performing ODC environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Implement cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, API Gateway, etc.).
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and global teams to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, perform code reviews, and ensure best practices in design and development.
• Work in an ODC model closely with onshore teams, ensuring smooth communication and delivery alignment.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure high availability.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure automation on AWS.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.

Key Requirements

• 6–14 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET technologies and AWS cloud.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, and LINQ.
• Solid experience in AWS services (Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFormation, API Gateway, IAM, etc.).
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus).
• Good understanding of databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or any RDBMS).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, or similar DevOps tools.
• Exposure to ODC/global delivery environments is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative setup.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with global stakeholders.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year
