Accountabilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining microservices using Python
- Developing secure, cloud-based software products following industry best practices
- Building systems and tools to meet evolving product and business requirements at scale
- Creating and optimizing high-performance data pipelines and online services
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure system security, reliability, and automation
- Supporting testing processes, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues
- Contributing architectural guidance and selecting frameworks, tools, and patterns for future platforms
- Leading projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of engineering experience with expertise in Python and complex system development
- Strong database and data modeling skills with tools like PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Experience with web frameworks such as Spring or Flask
- Familiarity with containerization, microservices, CI/CD, AWS, and automated testing
- Proven leadership in owning and delivering projects from start to finish
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Experience with agile methodologies and architectural best practices.
