Senior Software Engineer- Python

As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Python development, your role at Sirion will involve designing and maintaining automation solutions using Python and other programming languages. You will be responsible for promoting and implementing best practices in coding, design, quality, and performance. Additionally, you will analyze business processes to recommend automation enhancements and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring and managing the execution of BOTs, fixing bugs in automation scripts/products, and assisting the team in code development for automation scripts or production-level applications. Key Responsibilities: - Design and maintain automation solutions using Python and other programming languages. - Promote and implement best practices in coding, design, quality, and performance. - Analyze business processes and recommend automation enhancements. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. - Monitor and manage the execution of BOTs, ensuring optimal performance. - Fix bugs in automation scripts/product to ensure smooth operation and functionality. - Assist the team in code development, whether for automation scripts or production-level applications.
