Senior Software Engineer- Python

As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Python development, you will play a crucial role in designing and maintaining automation solutions using Python and other programming languages. Your expertise will be instrumental in promoting best practices in coding, design, quality, and performance to ensure the reliability of software products. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will analyze business processes to recommend and implement automation enhancements. Monitoring and managing the execution of BOTs will be essential to ensure optimal performance, and fixing bugs in automation scripts/products will be part of your responsibilities to guarantee smooth operation and functionality. Additionally, you will assist the team in code development for automation scripts or production-level applications. Key Responsibilities: - Design and maintain automation solutions using Python and other programming languages. - Promote and implement best practices in coding, design, quality, and performance. - Analyze business processes and recommend automation enhancements. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams for successful project execution. - Monitor and manage the execution of BOTs for optimal performance. - Fix bugs in automation scripts/products to ensure smooth operation. - Assist the team in code development for automation scripts or production-level applications. Qualifications Required: - Expertise in Python programming. - Knowledge of Java, RPA, and VBA is a plus. - 3 to 5 years of industry experience. - Strong proficiency in working with APIs and Rest Framework. - Expertise in database management and optimization. - Familiarity with machine learning (ML) & Gen AI is an advantage. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities. - Willingness to adapt and work with cross-functional programming languages as per project requirements. - Willingness to relocate to the Gurugram location.
