About the Role Seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the User Experience Engineering Support Team . This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing internal tools that support the user experience teams . Expect to own key features end-to-end , with a focus on code quality, system performance, and usability . This is a highly collaborative role , involving close work with Engineering, Program Management, Product, and QA teams globally . Be part of an international engineering team of 100+ client developers and play a pivotal role in maintaining the position as the premiere anime streaming service . Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain scalable frontend and backend components for internal UX tools Lead architectural decisions and design discussions for critical systems Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with thorough documentation Conduct code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level engineers Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues Collaborate with designers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to define requirements Ensure performance, scalability, and security of internal applications Required Skills 6+ years of experience in software development Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript Proven experience in frontend, backend, or full-stack development Experience with Node.js and serverless architectures Solid understanding of unit and integration testing practices Show more Show less
