Senior Software Engineer – (.NET, AWS & C#)

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in .NET, AWS, and C# to lead the modernization of our on-premise Windows applications to a Linux-based AWS cloud environment.

This role requires a deep understanding of application architecture, cloud migration, and containerization, ensuring performance optimization and data integrity during the transition.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the project team to analyze application architecture and dependencies across major technologies
• Rewrite Managed C# code into regular C# for better compatibility in the modernized environment
• Adopt existing code to run seamlessly on Linux and Windows platforms
• Debug and resolve issues in modernized libraries, modules, and services
• Migrate Windows-based C# applications to Linux and containers while maintaining compatibility and system integrity
• Lead the implementation of hybrid routing to ensure effective communication across components and services
• Partner with the database team to migrate Oracle databases to Oracle RDS/Aurora DB with ensured data security
• Document processes, architectures, and designs, providing clear updates to stakeholders
• Stay current with industry trends to propose cutting-edge solutions and improvements

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of professional experience in software engineering
• Expertise in C# with a proven ability to refactor and optimize existing codebases
• Knowledge of AWS, Linux, and containerization technologies
• Background in Windows and Oracle database environments
• Experience in CI/CD using Jenkins
• Understanding of migrating Oracle databases to RDS/Aurora DB/SQL
• Capability to ensure cross-platform compatibility and performance
