Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Utilize Marketing Cloud tools such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio to create and manage marketing campaigns. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI. - Ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations while managing customer data within Marketing Cloud. - Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders regarding Marketing Cloud functionalities. - Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and digital marketing. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field is required. A strong combination of technical and marketing knowledge is essential for success in this role.
