Role & responsibilities Job Description: Salesforce Senior Engineer We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Senior Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced Salesforce solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and the ability to lead complex projects. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs. Lead the end-to-end Salesforce development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment. Deep and broad knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Agentforce, Salesforce Einstein features, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration with other systems. Develop custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce. Maintain data integrity and security by implementing best practices and Salesforce governance policies. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices. Preferred candidate profile Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or Engineer. Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs. Experience with Salesforce integration tools such as MuleSoft or similar middleware solutions. Deep and broad knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Agentforce, Salesforce Einstein features, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I & II, Application Architect) are highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment. Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git, Bitbucket). Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Service Cloud is a plus. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira).
