Job Description

Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
Design, train, and fine-tune Generative AI models (e. g. , GPT, Stable Diffusion, etc. ) for various applications.
Develop and optimize data pipelines to preprocess and manage large datasets for AI/ML models.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into data-driven solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes.
Build scalable APIs and services to deploy AI models in real-world applications.
Build data pipelines for model training, evaluation, and continual learning.
Monitor model performance, address bias or hallucination issues, and improve output reliability.
Stay current with research in generative AI and contribute to model selection, benchmarking, and experimentation.
Collaborate with researchers, product teams, and designers to integrate generative AI into products or user-facing tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in software development and automation, with expertise in Generative AI and Data Science.
Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch
Experience in building and deploying generative AI systems in real-world applications.
Hands-on expertise with GANs, Transformers, and LLMs.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation methods for generative models.
Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
Solid understanding of data management, analytics, and ML concepts.
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, Agile environments.
Experience with AI/ML-driven data management solutions, automation, and analytics in clinical development workflows is a plus.
Practical experience with AWS data and analytics stack (Glue, Redshift, RDS, S3, Athena, Lambda, Databricks) is an advantage.
Prior exposure to Life Sciences Research & Development is a plus.
