We’re Hiring | Join Our Coimbatore Team – Senior Software Engineers (Java)

What We’re Looking For:

Senior Software Engineers


We are actively looking for immediate joiners or candidates who can join us within 15 days.


Location:

  • Candidates already based in Coimbatore or willing to relocate from nearby regions are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Once our office is established, you will be expected to work from our Jeavio Coimbatore office.

Core Technical Skills

Java Ecosystem:

  • Advanced Java development experience (Java 21 preferred)
  • Strong command of Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Spring Security
  • Proven experience in secure coding practices, authentication, and authorization
  • Proficiency in implementing security measures using Spring Security
  • Experience with JBoss BPM Suite (jBPM) for business process automation
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and best practices

Python & R (Good to Have):

  • Development and scripting in Python and/or R
  • Integration of Python services with Java-based systems
  • Data processing and analytics using relevant libraries


Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design:

  • Design scalable, maintainable, and secure enterprise-level solutions
  • Establish best practices, coding standards, and architecture guidelines
  • Integrate business process management tools with core platforms
  • Ensure alignment of system design with business goals and technology roadmap

Technical Leadership:

  • Guide and mentor development teams
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce quality standards
  • Evaluate new technologies and recommend adoption
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions


Additional Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
  • Cloud expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Working knowledge of Apache Kafka, Spark, and event-driven architectures
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization
  • Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies
  • Database design and performance tuning skills
