Senior Software Engineer (Full stack)

About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of scalable web applications—transforming business requirements into high-quality, efficient, and secure technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance software applications.
• Translate business and functional requirements into effective technical architectures and solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Product, Design, QA, and Operations—to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Conduct peer code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
• Manage version control systems and CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable deployments.
• Proactively identify, debug, and resolve software issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for long-term product scalability and maintainability.
• Manage hosting environments, server configurations, and live project deployments.
• Work across frontend and backend development, including UI wireframes and user flow optimization.

Technical Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in full stack software development.
• Proficiency in Node.js, React, PHP (Laravel), MySQL, MongoDB, and Python.
• Strong understanding of modern frameworks, RESTful APIs, and microservice architecture.
• Hands-on experience with frontend and backend development.
• Experience managing hosting servers and working on live production environments.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
• Understanding of web security principles, performance optimization, and scalable architecture.
• Experience with cloud-based environments and deployment tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
