About the Role: We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of scalable web applications—transforming business requirements into high-quality, efficient, and secure technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance software applications. Translate business and functional requirements into effective technical architectures and solutions. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Product, Design, QA, and Operations—to deliver seamless user experiences. Conduct peer code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices. Manage version control systems and CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable deployments. Proactively identify, debug, and resolve software issues and performance bottlenecks. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for long-term product scalability and maintainability. Manage hosting environments, server configurations, and live project deployments. Work across frontend and backend development, including UI wireframes and user flow optimization. Technical Skills & Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in full stack software development . Proficiency in Node.js, React, PHP (Laravel), MySQL, MongoDB, and Python . Strong understanding of modern frameworks , RESTful APIs, and microservice architecture. Hands-on experience with frontend and backend development . Experience managing hosting servers and working on live production environments. Familiarity with Git or other version control systems. Understanding of web security principles , performance optimization , and scalable architecture. Experience with cloud-based environments and deployment tools is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
