Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver production-grade features end-to-end
• Ramp up quickly on

• Design and maintain backend services and business logic
• Contribute to and review frontend code using

• Collaborate closely with Radek and senior engineers on architecture and design decisions
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
• Lead code reviews and provide technical guidance to others
• Use AI-assisted development tools to increase productivity and quality
• Communicate clearly with US-based product and technical stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong fundamentals in software architecture, APIs, and data structures
• Proven experience with

  TypeScript

  /

  JavaScript

• Strong experience with

  React

  or comparable frontend frameworks
• Ability to learn

  F#

  quickly and apply functional concepts in real systems
• Comfortable working in large or legacy codebases
• Experience collaborating with distributed teams
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently
