About the Role

Power Platform Manager

You will not just deliver projects; you will help Proxsoft grow by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring our delivery standards are world-class.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Consulting & Account Management

  • Trusted Advisor:

    Serve as the primary interface for Proxsoft’s key clients, translating vague business goals into concrete Power Platform architectures.
  • Solution Strategy:

    Lead workshops to define requirements, map business processes, and recommend solutions using Power Apps, Automate, and Power BI.
  • Account Growth:

    Actively identify "upsell" opportunities within existing accounts by spotting process gaps where Proxsoft can provide additional value.

2. Team Leadership & Mentorship

  • People Management:

    Lead a team of Junior and Mid-level developers. Conduct performance reviews, 1:1s, and career planning sessions.
  • Technical Guidance:

    Perform code reviews, enforce governance/ALM best practices, and troubleshoot complex technical blockers alongside your team.
  • Culture Building:

    Foster a culture of continuous learning at Proxsoft, guiding your team through Microsoft certifications (PL-200, PL-400, PL-600).

3. Project Management & Delivery

  • End-to-End Delivery:

    Oversee the full SDLC for concurrent projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Agile Execution:

    Manage sprints, backlogs, and resource allocation using Agile methodologies (DevOps/Jira).
  • Quality Assurance:

    Ensure all deliverables meet Proxsoft’s quality standards before they reach the client.

4. Business Development (Pre-Sales)

  • Technical Pre-Sales:

    Partner with the Proxsoft Sales team to estimate project scope, draft technical proposals, and respond to RFPs.
  • Demos & POCs:

    Build and present compelling Proof of Concepts (POCs) to prospective clients to demonstrate the power of the platform and Proxsoft’s capabilities.

    You enjoy the business side of IT—winning work, scoping deals, and building relationships.

The Skillset

  • Experience:

    5+ years in IT Consulting, with 3+ years of deep focus on the Microsoft Power Platform (Canvas/Model-driven Apps, Automate, Dataverse).
  • Leadership:

    2+ years of experience managing or mentoring technical teams.
  • Technical Depth:

    Strong knowledge of Dataverse security models, SQL, Custom Connectors, and integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365/Azure.

Certifications:

  • Required: PL-200 (Functional Consultant) or PL-400 (Developer).
  • Preferred: PL-600 (Solution Architect).
