Key Responsibilities:

    (Facebook & Instagram) to achieve strong performance results (leads, traffic, engagement, conversions).
  • Plan and execute

  • Create and manage

    organic social media campaigns

    , engagement activities, and community growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to

    ideate and deliver compelling content

    across formats (static, video, stories, reels, carousels, etc.).
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics,

    optimize campaigns

    , and prepare insightful reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and leverage new features effectively.
  • Lead social media strategy discussions
