Senior Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative, detail oriented and extremely responsible Social Media Manager to join us! An ideal candidate is someone with a minimum 3 year of experience in an agency.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer expectations, requirements, and develop social media posts accordingly.
• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to achieve targets.
• Create, implement, and execute content ideas with the design team.
• Ideate and flesh out content strategies for clients, servicing them end to end.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders including senior management, content developers, vendors, and collaborators.
• Manage regular posting schedules and create amplification plans.
• Monitor posts, analyze performance data, and develop detailed monthly reports.

Skills and Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant work experience in the media industry — agency background (experience handling multiple brands) is required.
• Intermediate knowledge of content writing, ideation, and Canva.
• Strong team and time management skills.
• Candidates with prior experience in the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle industry will be preferred.
