Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Guwahati for a Senior Site Engineer at Roofsol Energy Pvt Ltd. The Senior Site Engineer will oversee site operations, ensuring quality control and adherence to project timelines. They will be responsible for supervising construction activities, coordinating with the engineering and procurement teams, and implementing structural and civil engineering plans. The Senior Site Engineer will also liaise with team members, contractors, and stakeholders to effectively manage communication and resolve on-site issues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in on-site construction, with excellent project management skills and the ability to ensure timely project delivery.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Expertise in quality control procedures to maintain project standards and compliance.
• Proficient knowledge in structural engineering and civil engineering techniques and practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is essential. Previous experience in the solar energy sector will be an advantage.
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under challenging site conditions.
