Senior Site Engineer

You are an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Site Engineer with 12-15 years of experience in the real estate industry. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee site operations, ensure compliance with design specifications, and manage day-to-day activities to guarantee the timely and quality delivery of construction projects. Your key responsibilities include managing and supervising all on-site construction activities, monitoring project progress, identifying potential delays, and implementing corrective measures. You will be responsible for acquiring and renewing all necessary permits and licenses in compliance with local laws and regulations. Additionally, you will monitor adherence to building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations, ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. You will conduct quality control checks, ensure all materials meet required standards, and work closely with architects, designers, and the project management team to ensure project specifications are met. Managing relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services will also be part of your role. You will prepare and submit regular project status reports to management and manage resources efficiently, including labour, materials, and equipment. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, along with 12-15 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer in the real estate sector. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices is essential, as well as proficiency in project management tools and software. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines are also required.,
