Senior ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications across

  ITSM & CSM modules

  .
• Implement and customize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
• Develop and maintain Service Portals and Configurable Workspaces.
• Work on integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
• Ensure platform stability, performance, and compliance with best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, gather requirements, and deliver end-to-end ServiceNow solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to coding standards & practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years

  of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in

  ITSM & CSM modules

  (Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Case Management, Customer Service Portal).
• Proficiency in

  JavaScript, Glide APIs, and scripting in ServiceNow

  .
• Experience with

  Flow Designer, Service Portal, and UI Builder

  .
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes.
• Good knowledge of integrations with external systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience with HRSD, GRC/IRM, or other ServiceNow modules.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator / Implementation Specialist certifications.
• Exposure to Agile delivery models.
