Senior ServiceNow Developer (HRSD)

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing applications and functions within the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules and platform. Your expertise in HR operations and the ServiceNow HRSD platform will be essential in optimizing HR operations and driving business results by developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Your responsibilities will include developing detailed implementation plans for deploying the HR Service Delivery product, driving HRSD solutioning, advising on best practices for ServiceNow, leading enhancement phases, establishing user journeys, and creating user stories to support design and configuration of various capabilities within the HRSD applications. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, at least 4+ years of experience in Human Resources with a minimum of 3 additional years in HR Technology, and a minimum of 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow Platform development. You should also have experience in implementing the ServiceNow HRSD platform, deep process/functional and technical understanding, and proficiency in various ServiceNow functionalities such as Logic and Scripts, HR Case Record Producers, Portal Widgets, REST Integrations, and more. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are crucial for this role, as well as the ability to influence others, lead small teams, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Your analytical and organizational skills will be key in identifying problems and providing solutions effectively.
