As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing applications and functions within the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules and platform. Your expertise in HR operations and the ServiceNow HRSD platform will be key in optimizing HR operations and driving business results through technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing detailed implementation plans for deploying the HR Service Delivery product, establishing key milestones, and high-level architecture. - Driving HRSD solutioning by designing and implementing state-of-the-art HRSD products. - Providing guidance to business and technical teams on Best Practices for ServiceNow. - Leading enhancement phases to deliver advanced features on the ServiceNow platform. - Establishing and validating user journeys, creating user stories, and supporting the design and configuration of Employee Service Portal, Knowledge Management, and Case Management capabilities. - Leading discovery, design, build, test, and deployment activities. - Utilizing your SN HRSD Experience to identify requirement gaps and technical debt and mitigate them. - Collaborating with both functional and technical stakeholders through requirements gathering and sprint design sessions for ServiceNow HRSD applications. - Overseeing ServiceNow scripting and security best practices. To excel in this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED). - At least 4+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 3 additional years in HR Technology. - A minimum of 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow Platform development. - Successfully implemented the ServiceNow HRSD platform and processes leveraging the HRSD framework. - Outstanding ability and experience in developing and implementing HRSD suite processes and solutions, with deep process/functional and technical understanding. - Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining ServiceNow Logic and Scripts, HR Case Record Producers, Virtual Agent Conversations, Portal Widgets, REST Integrations, Flow Designer Flows, Case, HR Services, Knowledge, EDM, Employee Relations, Lifecycle events, Notifications, Surveys, Reports, and Dashboards. - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to influence others and lead small teams. - The ability to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact, coordinating several projects simultaneously. - Problem-solving and solution identification skills. - Proven analytical and organizational ability.
