Role Overview:

Senior ServiceNow Engineer

certifications, extensive ServiceNow expertise across multiple modules, and proven success delivering large-scale implementations

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and deliver ServiceNow solutions with a focus on

  Agentic AI, AI Agent Studio, and App Engine for ERP

  .
• Develop and customize applications across

  multiple ServiceNow modules

  (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, SAM Pro, FSM, IRM, etc.).
• Build, configure, and optimize workflows, integrations, and automations to meet complex enterprise requirements.
• Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
• Ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability of ServiceNow applications in production environments.

Required Skills & Certification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

  – mandatory.
• At least one advanced certification (

  CAD, CIS, or specialization in App Engine/CSM/ITSM/ITOM

  ).

• Proven expertise in:

• Agentic AI and AI Agent Studio

• App Engine for ERP workflows

• Core ServiceNow modules (e.g.,

  ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, SAM Pro, FSM, IRM

  )
• JavaScript, AngularJS, and ServiceNow APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Strong integration experience with ERP and enterprise systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
