Job Description

Job Title: Senior Manager (GPO)

Years of Experience: 17- 22 Years

Qualification: MBA and CA (Preferred)

Location: Jaipur

Main Responsibilities

Act as the
Global Process Owner (GPO) for end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC)
including Order Management, Billing, Credit, Collections, Disputes & Cash Application with global governance.
Drive
global standardization, transformation, automation, and continuous improvement
to improve DSO, cash flow, controls, and customer experience.
Serve as the
senior global business partner
to Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT for policy alignment, escalations, and business growth enablement.
Lead
large multi-region OTC teams with ownership of KPIs, compliance, audit readiness, and risk management
.
