We are looking for Senior Service Delivery Manager for Full Time role in our office at Financial District, Gachibowli, Hyderabad

8 to 10 years of IT management experience in IT industry

Accountable and Primary point of contact for the projects responsible

Conduct regular status call with team & the partners and with the customer

Ensure end to end delivery within agreed SLAs and contractual commitments

Accountable for Quality service delivery

Handle escalations

Team leadership skills

Continuous improvement on delivery process. Etc,.

Effective client-facing abilities with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Required / Mandatory: ITIL Process

ITIL certifications preferred.
