We are looking for an experienced Senior SEO Executive to develop and execute effective search engine optimization strategies. You will work closely with the content, web development, and marketing teams to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and optimize the overall web presence of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- SEO Strategy & Implementation:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic search visibility.
- Conduct regular keyword research and identify SEO opportunities in line with business goals.
- Optimize on-page elements such as title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, and internal linking for targeted keywords.
- Improve off-page SEO through quality link-building strategies.
- Technical SEO:
- Audit websites and identify areas for technical SEO improvements (e.g., site structure, crawl errors, duplicate content, page speed optimization, mobile-friendliness).
- Collaborate with the development team to fix technical issues that affect SEO.
- Content Optimization:
- Work with content writers and marketing teams to develop SEO-optimized content, including blog posts, landing pages, and product descriptions.
- Ensure content is properly optimized for keywords, readability, and conversions.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Regularly monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Generate and present SEO reports showing traffic, rankings, and other performance metrics.
- Adjust strategies based on performance data and industry trends.
- Stay Updated on SEO Trends:
- Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO techniques, Google algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Share insights and best practices with the wider marketing team.
- Competitor Analysis:
- Perform detailed competitor analysis to identify SEO gaps and opportunities.
- Recommend changes based on competitor strategies and trends.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in SEO, with a focus on both on-page and off-page optimization.
- Proven track record of driving organic traffic growth and improving rankings.
- Analytical Skills:
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement actionable insights.
- Familiarity with SEO data analysis, including Google Analytics, keyword tracking tools, and Excel.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Analytics or Google Ads certifications.
- Experience in a fast-paced, competitive industry.
- Knowledge of other digital marketing aspects, like PPC or social media marketing, is a plus.
