Senior SEO / Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in SEO, SEM, and Social Media Marketing to lead and execute our digital growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing and implementing data-driven campaigns, managing teams, and delivering measurable ROI across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical SEO).
• Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Lead and manage social media strategy across all major platforms to increase engagement and brand visibility.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams for SEO-friendly and conversion-driven content.
• Manage email marketing and automation campaigns.
• Provide monthly reports and insights to leadership, focusing on KPIs and ROI.
• Mentor and guide junior digital marketing team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience (4–7 years) in SEO, SEM, and Digital Marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, keyword research, link building, and ranking strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and remarketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, HubSpot, Canva, etc.
• Excellent understanding of social media strategies and paid advertising.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
