Their business operates multiple high-traffic service websites and is in a strong expansion phase, with plans to launch eight new sites over the next 12 months. With a heavy focus on digital performance, customer experience, and national service delivery, our client is recognized as a leading consumer services provider within the Australian home appliance sector.

About the Position

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior SEO & Digital Marketing Manager, based in Kolkata, India, to lead SEO strategy, optimize digital performance, manage external vendors, and drive substantial inbound call growth across all online platforms. This is a senior leadership role responsible for elevating the company’s digital presence, improving organic rankings, and supporting the launch of multiple new websites as the business continues to scale.

📞 Key KPI

Grow total inbound calls across all websites to:

👉 20,000+ calls per month (within 12–24 months)

🔑 Key Responsibilities

•          Lead SEO strategy and performance across all brands (primary focus).

•          Manage audits, technical SEO, content optimization, and backlink strategies.

•          Oversee external SEO agencies and ensure KPI delivery.

•          Manage WordPress sites, publish/optimize content, and maintain site health.

•          Update and optimize Google Business Profiles across all locations.

•          Support light Google Ads activities when required.

•          Monitor analytics, call tracking, and deliver weekly/monthly reports.

•          Build and lead an in-house SEO team after 12 months.

🎯 Requirements

•          5+ years in SEO & digital marketing.

•          Strong technical SEO + agency/vendor management experience.

•          Proficient in WordPress, GBP, and analytics tools.

•          Google Ads knowledge preferred.

•          Strong English communication skills.

•          Ability to work independently and meet performance KPIs.
