Job Description

Facilitate Scrum Events: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach Agile Practices: Teach and enforce Scrum theory, values, and principles to the team and organization.
Remove Impediments: Identify and resolve blockers or issues hindering the team's progress.
Shield the Team: Protect the development team from external interruptions and distractions.
Collaborate with Product Owner: Help manage the product backlog and translate requirements into actionable tasks.
Foster Communication: Ensure smooth communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Encourage the team to adapt and improve processes through feedback.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,657.00 - ₹30,885.00 per month
