Job Description

  • Organize and run sprint ceremonies for assigned teams, eg, planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Facilitate backlog creation, refinement, and prioritization
  • Optimize the flow of work for assigned teams
  • Provide support to ensure on -time product value delivery
  • Ensure product development goals align with organizational objectives
  • Ensure the development teams the values and principles of agility
  • Facilitate crucial conversations among architects, developers, testers, and UX designers. Foster better communication between the disciplines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
What You' ll Need :
  • Minimum 5 years experience with Scrum and other practices aligned with agility
  • Self-motivated and able to make progress despite obstacles
  • Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
  • Exceptional facilitation skills
  • Strong command of iterative and incremental software development
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Proficient with JIRA and Microsoft Office products
  • Scrum Master Certification (CSM) required . CSP-SM preferred
  • bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
