Senior SAP TIME Management Consultant (Offshore)

📌 Position Overview

FusionNest Consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior SAP TIME Management Consultant to support our esteemed telecommunications client. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong SAP HCM background to lead implementations, collaborate with global teams, and drive business transformation.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and configure SAP TIME modules

- Design and implement integrated SAP solutions

- Interface with clients and coordinate with cross-functional teams

- Mentor junior consultants and share SAP best practices

- Contribute to business development efforts including RFPs and demos

- Apply advanced knowledge across related SAP HCM modules: Payroll, PA, PD, OM, Benefits, ESS/MSS

✅ Required Qualifications

- Minimum 7+ years of SAP TIME functional/configuration experience

- At least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations

- Proficiency in SAP TIME best practices

- Familiarity with Canadian business legislation

- Strong consulting and stakeholder communication skills

- Fluent in English and/or French

- Proven leadership and team coaching experience

- SAP HR Certification

- SAP SuccessFactors Certification
