Implementation & Project Delivery
· Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
· Design and configure custom onboarding workflows, panels, and business rules.
· Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for ONB 2.0, RCM, and EC modules.
· Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams.
· Stay updated with SAP SuccessFactors releases and recommend best practices and innovations.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and third-party vendors.
· SAP SuccessFactors certifications in ONB 2.0, RCM, or EC preferred.
· Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to work independently and lead small teams.
· Bachelor’s or Master's degree, HRIS, or related field.
· Experience in global rollouts and multi-country implementations.
· Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models.
· Experience working in an Agile or hybrid project environment.
