Role Overview

senior SAP professionals (9–15 years’ experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AMS-based delivery in your SAP module (SD / PP / FICO), ensuring SLA/KPI compliance.
• Establish and drive project governance frameworks across multiple client accounts.
• Act as the single point of contact for escalations and client satisfaction.
• Guide and mentor delivery teams, ensuring technical excellence and high-quality outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for account mining, process improvements, and cross-functional solutions.

Criteria

• Experience:

  9–15 years overall, with minimum 8–10 years hands-on in SAP SD / PP / FICO.
• Proven track record in

  AMS / support engagements

  with configuration expertise.
• Strong skills in

  project governance, delivery leadership, and stakeholder management

  .
• Experience managing large delivery teams and handling multiple clients.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Location:

  Gurgaon (Work from Office).
