About the Role

Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Service Cloud solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Customize and configure

  Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Base, Email-to-Case, and Live Chat

  functionalities.
• Develop

  Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components (LWC/Aura), Flows

  , and

  Visualforce pages

  .
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using

  REST/SOAP APIs

  and middleware tools.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and QA teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Manage system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize service processes for better efficiency.
• Maintain code quality and best practices through

  unit testing, CI/CD

  , and

  version control

  .
• Provide technical mentorship and perform code reviews for junior developers.
• Participate in system upgrades, patch releases, and Salesforce platform optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

  in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Strong experience of Salesforce development experience

  , with at least

  3 years focused on Service Cloud

  .
• Strong expertise in:

• Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Async Apex)

• Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Process Builder, Flow, Validation Rules, and Custom Metadata

• Omni-Channel Routing, Case Assignment, Macros, and Quick Text

• Knowledge Management and Email-to-Case configurations

• Experience in

  Salesforce integrations

  (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, External Services).
• Familiarity with

  Salesforce DevOps tools

  (Copado, Gearset, Git, or Bitbucket).
• Strong understanding of

  Salesforce security, data model, and sharing rules

  .

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant

  and/or

  Salesforce Platform Developer II

  certification.
• Experience working in

  Agile/Scrum

  environments.
• Exposure to

  Einstein Bots

  ,

  Experience Cloud

  , or

  Field Service

  modules is a plus.
• Prior experience in leading small development teams or mentoring developers.
