Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Developer

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, Lightning Components (LWC), Apex development, and API integrations. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions, while adhering to best practices and Salesforce architectural guidelines.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business and technical requirements to design, build, and implement high-quality Salesforce solutions.

- Configure Salesforce features including Record Types, Page Layouts, Profiles, Roles, Sharing

Rules, Permission Sets, and OWD settings.

- Work independently on assigned user stories and deliver within agile sprint timelines.

- Collaborate with business analysts, QA engineers, and stakeholders to ensure optimal

functionality and user experience.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and platform

limits.

- Support and enhance Salesforce DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines and sandbox

management.

- Assist with user acceptance testing, deployment, and production support as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6-8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud development and configuration.

- Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Visualforce.

- Strong experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, including profiles, roles, sharing rules, and

permission sets.

- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Jenkins).

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
