Role: Senior Salesforce Developer Turbostart is looking for a highly skilled and passionate Senior Salesforce Developer to lead strategic implementations, drive initiatives, and oversee a team in delivering impactful Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should possess technical expertise, solution architecture skills, and leadership abilities to optimize Salesforce for the growing startup ecosystem. Location: Kolkata (On-site) Experience Required: 8-12 years Responsibilities: Salesforce Development & Customization: - Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce. - Architect robust Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and middleware solutions. - Oversee data architecture, modeling, security, and governance within Salesforce. - Drive automation using Flows, Process Builder, Workflows, and Custom Triggers. - Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability. Leadership & Strategy: - Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and business analysts. - Define Salesforce roadmap and strategy aligned with business goals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions based on business needs.
