The role involves contributing to the development of an internal Salesforce platform focused on training and placement operations. As a Flow-first Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing scalable automations, ensuring fast delivery, and taking ownership of outcomes across Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. Apex and LWC will be utilized where Flow is not applicable. Your main responsibilities will include building record-triggered, screen, and autolaunched Flows with bulk-safe patterns and error handling. You will also work on enhancing Experience Cloud sites, as well as core Sales and Service processes. Integrating third-party systems via REST/SOAP, External Services, Named Credentials, and Platform Events will be a key aspect of the role. Additionally, writing targeted Apex code (triggers/classes/queueables) and LWC components to complement Flows will be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring quality through tests, adhering to limits, and collaborating with QA will also be crucial. You will use Git along with DevOps Center or Copado, contribute through pull requests, and assist in the preparation of release notes. The ideal candidate for this role would have at least 3-8 years of experience as a Salesforce developer with a strong emphasis on the Flow-first approach. Proficiency in Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud is essential. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and integrations using REST/SOAP.
