As a Senior Salesforce Devops-Admin at NTT DATA, your role will involve performing day-to-day Salesforce administration tasks, managing release processes, and optimizing DevOps automation to ensure secure, efficient, and high-quality deployments. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing Salesforce administration tasks such as user management, security controls, reports, dashboards, and configuration using Flows and Process Builder. - Managing sandbox environments, data migrations, and metadata deployments using AutoRABIT or similar tools like Gearset or Copado. - Monitoring and maintaining DevOps pipelines for Salesforce to ensure smooth CI/CD processes and version control using Git. - Coordinating releases and managing deployment schedules in collaboration with developers, QA, and release managers. - Creating and maintaining documentation for administrative processes, release runbooks, and DevOps workflows. - Ensuring compliance with security policies and governance frameworks across all Salesforce environments. - Assisting in auditing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to deployments and configuration changes. - Staying updated on new Salesforce features and functionality to provide recommendations for process improvements. **Required Qualifications:** - 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices. - 3-5 years of experience with DevOps tools for Salesforce, especially AutoRABIT (Autora). - Proficiency in managing deployment processes, metadata migration, and change tracking. - Experience working with Git repositories and version control in a Salesforce context. - Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Flows, permission sets, roles, profiles, and data models. - Salesforce Administrator Certification required (Advanced Admin is a plus). - Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Slack. **Preferred Skills:** - Knowledge of Apex, LWC, or SOQL (basic development understanding is a plus). - Experience with other CI/CD tools like Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps. - Understanding of Salesforce deployment risk mitigation strategies (backups, static code analysis, impact analysis). - Strong communication and documentation skills.
