Senior Salesforce Developer

You are a Salesforce - Lead developer responsible for the successful completion of development, review, unit testing, deployment, and maintenance of assigned applications. Your primary duties include understanding business requirements, developing applications using Salesforce.com toolkit, reviewing code, writing unit test scenarios, and fixing defects in modules or applications. In this role, you should have 7-10 years of relevant experience in Salesforce implementation and hold certifications such as Salesforce.com DEV401 or ADM 201 Certification. Hands-on experience in developing applications using Salesforce.com developer toolkit, including Apex Classes, Controllers, Triggers, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Migration Tool, and Web Services is essential. Proficiency in HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL, Java or C#, SOAP-based web services, data management, SQL, RDBMS technologies, and SOA design principles is preferred. Familiarity with Outbound Messaging implementation would be a plus. Your expertise should also include strong communication, customer service, troubleshooting, and organizational skills. You must be able to work with minimal supervision and complete assigned tasks efficiently. As a Salesforce - Lead developer, your duties will involve participating in project meetings, suggesting improvements in deliverables, analyzing program logic for desired specifications, producing quality code, completing development activities as per the plan, and working closely with customers throughout the development process. You will also provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot customer issues, conduct unit testing, and document code clearly according to standardized style requirements. Your goal will be to enhance your skills in specified technologies while ensuring the successful development and maintenance of Salesforce applications. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for experienced professionals, not limited to freshers. The work location is in-person, with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday.,
