About the Role

Senior Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize Salesforce applications using
Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL
.
Design, build, and maintain scalable and high-performing solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with Salesforce best practices.
Manage and maintain Salesforce security, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
Mentor junior developers and support cross-functional teams with technical expertise.
Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

6–10 years of Salesforce development experience.
Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Triggers, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or other Salesforce products.
Expertise in Salesforce integration
with third-party applications.
Experience with
DevOps tools
(e.g., Copado, Git, Jenkins) and deployment processes.
Salesforce Developer and/or Architect certifications preferred (e.g.,
Platform Developer II, Application Architect
).
Strong problem-solving skills, communication skills, and ability to work independently.
