About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.

2. Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions.

3. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and web services.

4. Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce applications, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.

5. Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.

6. Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.

7. Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

1. 7+ years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.

2. Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.

3. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

4. Solid understanding of data modeling, security, and sharing rules within Salesforce.

5. Proven experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications.

6. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.

7. Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with MuleSoft, Heroku, or other integration platforms.

2. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
