Job Description

Overview:
As a Senior Salesforce CRMA (Customer Relationship Management Analytics, formerly Tableau CRM) Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced analytics solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insights using CRM Analytics dashboards, dataflows, and recipes.
Responsibilities:

Analytics Development

  • Design and build interactive dashboards using Salesforce CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM)
  • Develop and optimize dataflows, recipes, and SAQL scripts for efficient data transformation and visualization.
  • Implement row-level security and data access controls within dashboards.

Data Modeling & Integration

  • Create robust data models to support analytics use cases.
  • Integrate Salesforce data with external sources using connectors and APIs.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance across analytics assets.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Gather requirements directly from business users and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Present insights and dashboard prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and iteration.

Performance Optimization

  • Monitor and improve dashboard performance and data refresh schedules.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to data ingestion, visualization, and user access.

Documentation & Governance

  • Maintain documentation for dashboards, dataflows, and recipes.
  • Follow governance standards for naming conventions, versioning, and deployment.

Mentorship & Leadership

  • Mentor junior developers and analysts in CRM Analytics best practices.
  • Contribute to the strategic roadmap for analytics capabilities within the organization.

  • CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM)

  • REST/SOAP APIs
  • Salesforce Lightning
  • Git, CI/CD tools

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 6–8 years of experience in Salesforce development, with 4+ years in CRM Analytics/Tableau CRM.
  • Strong proficiency in SAQL, JSON, ETL tools, and Salesforce data architecture.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom objects.
