Job Description

Project Leadership & Program Management

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations from requirements gathering to deployment and optimization
  • Manage project timelines & stakeholder communication to ensure successful delivery
  • Serve as primary client contact, proactively identifying and resolving project risks
  • Apply best practices to optimize team efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, devs, and BAs

Managed Services & Client Partnership

  • Provide Salesforce system support, enhancements, and optimization for clients
  • Conduct regular system health assessments & recommend strategic improvements
  • Build & maintain client relationships via proactive communication & value delivery
  • Identify opportunities for system evolution and business process improvements
  • Support client training, change management, and user adoption initiatives

Sales & Service Cloud Expertise

  • Design and configure comprehensive Sales Cloud solutions including lead management, opportunity tracking, and sales process automation
  • Implement Service Cloud solutions with case management, knowledge base, and customer service workflows
  • Configure and optimize standard Salesforce functionality including workflows, process builder, and approval processes
  • Design custom objects, fields, and page layouts to support business requirements
  • Create and maintain reports & dashboards for sales & service performance tracking

Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including

  • Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, data model, & security framework
  • Proficiency in Salesforce declarative tools (workflows, process builder, flow, validation rules)
  • Sales Cloud Consultant and Service Cloud Consultant Certifications

Translating business requirements into technical implementations

  • Understanding of business processes and their mapping to technical backlog
  • Track record of managing complex software implementation projects with experience with Agile/Scrum or similar project management frameworks
  • Experience with data migration and data quality management

Comfortable in working across dynamic projects and clients

  • Strong analytical abilities and creative approach to solving business challenges
  • Commitment to excellence in technical delivery & managing client experience
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups
