This is an excellent opportunity for a senior engineer ready to take on technical leadership and help define the future of our global digital platform.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership and Execution

• Complex Solution Design:

  Independently design, implement, and document complex solutions and integrations within Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).

• Code Quality & Mentorship:

  Lead code reviews and guide developers; enforce best practices and ensure production-ready code.

• Deployment Ownership:

  Collaborate with the Development Manager to design and improve deployment processes and security enhancements.

• System Integration:

  Build and optimize integrations with external systems (payment, OMS, PIM) using APIs and RESTful services.

• Security & Compliance:

  Work with Information Security to ensure all development aligns with security and compliance standards.

• Troubleshooting:

  Diagnose issues, identify root causes, and recommend long-term improvements.

Strategic Collaboration

• Work with Corporate Systems, Marketing, Merchandising, and Credit teams to ensure cross-system alignment and enable key business capabilities (personalization, promotions, payments).
• Act as a technical liaison with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Recommend improvements to development processes and workflows to increase efficiency.

Required Qualification

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• 4–7 years

  of experience developing technical solutions in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Strong hands-on experience specifically in

  Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud (SFCC/SFRA)

  and related systems (OMS, PIM, Salesforce Marketing/Data/Service Cloud).

Technical Skills

• Deep understanding of

  SFRA architecture

  , data modeling, and security best practices.
• Strong experience with

  APIs

  and

  RESTful web services

  .
• Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
• Strong documentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Certification and softskills

• Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud Developer Certification (preferred).
• Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams at all levels.
