Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Salesforce Administrator with hands-on experience in Azure DevOps to manage and optimize our Salesforce environment while streamlining development workflows and deployments through Azure. This hybrid role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, user management, and automation, combined with DevOps practices to support CI/CD pipelines, release management, and environment governance. Key Responsibilities: Salesforce Administration: Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, and data access. Configure and maintain standard/custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and workflows. Implement and manage automation tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Approval Processes. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. Perform regular data audits, deduplication, and data quality checks. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions. Manage integrations with third-party applications and APIs. Azure DevOps Management: Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments using Azure DevOps. Manage source control repositories (Git) and branching strategies. Automate build, test, and deployment processes for Salesforce metadata. Coordinate release schedules, sandbox refreshes, and environment management. Monitor pipeline performance and troubleshoot deployment issues. Ensure compliance with DevOps best practices and security standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. 3+ years of experience with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools. Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required; Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder is a plus. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, metadata, and deployment tools (Change Sets, ANT, SFDX). Proficiency in Git, YAML, and scripting for automation. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, or AutoRABIT. Knowledge of Azure services (e.g., Azure Repos, Azure Pipelines, Azure Boards). Familiarity with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components). Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance) with compliance requirements.
