Job Description

1. CRM Ownership & Data Governance

Own end-to-end HubSpot/CRM hygiene
Conduct daily/weekly data audits
Ensure consistent pipeline stages and task completion
Build and enforce process SLAs

2. Reporting, Dashboards & Analytics

Build and maintain dashboards
SAL, SQL, pipeline creation metrics
Win rates, cycle time, forecast accuracy
Weekly Business Reviews, Monthly Business Reviews

3. Process Automation & Efficiency

Automate manual workflows
Setup task queues, sequences, lead-routing rules
Optimize SDR AE Success handover
QA of integrations across systems

4. Sales Enablement & Execution Support

Create scripts, templates, sequences
Manage product updates and training
Support SDR/AE onboarding
Track pricing and discount governance

5. Audit, Compliance & Quality Control

Daily audits: missed tasks, stalled deals, untouched leads, wrong tagging
Provide corrective recommendations to leadership

6. Tools & Tech Stack Management

Manage licenses, access, and usage
Tools: HubSpot, CallHippo, ControlHippo, ZoomInfo, Sypher.ai
Identify usage gaps and improvement areas

7. Strategic Projects

Pricing experiments (premium numbers, bundles, call logs)
India-to-India calling project tracking
Quarterly goal planning & capacity modeling
